I am a professional in the field of advertising, specifically handling “below the line” advertising for more than 20 years.

My involvement in many promotional products over the years by frequently travelling to factories and exhibitions in China and Hong Kong has given me the vast knowledge in product research, design, and development. Additionally, my connections with various Asian suppliers and manufacturers gives me the opportunity to directly source materials from them.

In my spare time, I manage a Facebook bible study page, frequently posting biblical interpretations in both text and voiceover formats.

I am a highly dedicated and driven Administrative Assistant with over five (5) years of experience in supporting senior-level executives.

I’ve successfully managed high volume workloads in rapidly changing environment with quality-focused results. Eager to share knowledge and adapt to different situations and learn new skills quickly. Committed to providing exceptional customer service and accuracy in data management.

To balance my life, in my leisure time, reading and baking are my passion.  It provides me a renewed energy and perception to face new challenges to deliver immense positive outcome.

I started my professional journey as a technician in various companies more than ten years ago, but wanting to use all my accumulated knowledge and skills, I began my Virtual Assistant career four years ago to offer my skills to my clients, helping improve their business needs.

I’ve acquired various skills throughout my extensive professional experience, from in-house technical support to working in administrative roles, as well as an electrician and telecommunications technician out in the field “roughing it”.

I am a technician at heart: my hobbies include tinkering with electronics and programming languages.
